In Year 3, the children have been learning about different rocks in Science. They were testing the hardness of different types of rocks using sandpaper to check if they could be scratched or not. They also carried out a fair test to see if they would float or sink. Surprisingly, we found out that the pumice floated! The children were able to talk about why they thought that the pumice floated, giving super reasoning answers!
