This morning, Reception class enjoyed a visit to our village church to find out why it is a special building in our community and to learn more about the first Christmas. Rev. Tom met us at the church and talked to us about why the Bible is a special book, and he read us some of the Christmas story. We looked around the church and talked about the different things we could see. We enjoyed listening to the church bells ring as we said goodbye and walked back to school.
