In science, Year 2 have been learning about materials. We have been investigating the properties of materials and why they are suitable to make various different items. The children have been testing the flexibility and strength of different objects and have completed an investigation into which material would be best to make a tent cover. We wanted to make sure the material was waterproof and flexible, so we tested each one and recorded our findings.
